I strongly second what Terry said. At the very least, if you have not already done so, request the free non-operational demo pod from OmniPod so you can get a rough idea what it would be like for you to wear one.
As Terry said, most people are happy with the pod based on their preferences. However, one obvious limitation with the pod is that you have no alternative infusion sets you can try if you have infusion problems. The pod either works for you as is or it doesn’t. I would advise understanding before you jump what your options would be if you run into problems you can’t fix.
