15 000 Steps

My goal for every day is to make at least 15 000 steps.

Walking is healthy, it is easy and if you take a book along it’s not boring at all, even if you are not a fan of enjoying the beauty of the environment surrounding you.

Hi. What you could do is put a clip on your belt with a long leash for your dog. You will always be together, which is certainly safer for your dog.

Please tell how you do 15000 steps a day I tried and if I really work at it I can only get about 3000.
What is your secret? Jean
