A question about pumps

Wow, so many great answers!! I’ve always been kind of nervous to ask my nurse for a pump, but now I feel like it could actually help! Won’t hurt to try, at least! :raised_hands::grin:

I’m getting a pump!:raised_hands::raised_hands: my nurse said I could read up a bit on omnipod dash, Medtronic 780g, and tandem t-slim, and decide which one’s seems to fit me the best!

Yeah!!!
I am hoping they will have all pump out for you to play with. It is amazing when you get your hands on them, that a little thing like button, type, placement can be a deal breaker. How many screens or button pushes to get to what you need? How loud is it? What kind of infusion sets and tube lengths? So many things to think about. So play with them as much as you can. Have a good list of what you want or need your pump to do and what things are not as important but would be nice. Good luck and hope it works well for you whichever you go with.
