I used to have problem with my diet because I have to set my alarm clock for reminding myself to eat, I use to gain weight if I don’t eat properly but suddenly I’m starving all time.
I haven’t changed neither my diet nor my physical activities I don’t know why but now I can’t wait for setting my alarm off.
Is there anyone with the same change?
Yep! Your body is gettting into a routine. I NEVER used to eat breakfast before my diagnosis (even though I had symptoms of it for nearly 10 years previously!). I was told I would have to eat more regularly and now I wake up hungry for breakfast (whatever my sugar levels are). I struggle with other meals still. Could easily forgo lunch, then around mid afternoon I am hypo and then supper I am not bothered with but have to eat before bed to avoid another hypo.
