Helping individuals discover more about clinical trials that may be appropriate for them, Corengi is committed to building a comprehensive, free, and interactive platform for a variety of diseases. This platform allows stakeholders within the clinical trials community (investigators, site personnel, sponsors, and disease advocates) to engage with potential enrollees and educate them about specific clinical trials.

Participate in Trialnet

Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet (TrialNet) is an international network of researchers who are exploring ways to prevent, delay and reverse the progression of type 1 diabetes. Studies are conducted in non-diabetic persons at risk of type 1 diabetes in an effort to delay the development of type 1 diabetes as a clinical disease, and in individuals with type 1 diabetes who are either newly diagnosed or have evidence of sustained beta cell function. Studies include long-term follow-up of subjects developing type 1 diabetes.

Participate in GRADE

The goal of the GRADE Study is to determine which combination of two diabetes medications is best for achieving good glycemic control, has the fewest side effects, and is the most beneficial for overall health in long-term treatment for people with type 2 diabetes. GRADE is funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Join the Bionic Pancreas Clinical Trial

This study will test the hypothesis that a wearable bionic pancreas system that automatically delivers insulin and glucagon can provide superior regulation of glycemia vs. usual care for adults with type 1 diabetes. Participants must work or attend school at one of the following campuses: Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA; University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA; University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC; Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.
