Agave Nectar (sugar substitute)

I’ve started using agave nectar in place of sugar in some of my favorite recipes. It has the same carbs as sugar, but is much sweeter, so you can use 1/3 to 1/4 the amount of agave nectar as you would sugar. It’s a liquid, so you need adjust the liquid in the recipe accordingly.
