Thanks–I hope that even one of the politicians I sent it to actually READS it, because God knows, Eric’s situation is by no means the worst story out there. I know a number of people who’ve run up impossible debt and are facing loss of their homes because of healthcare issues—that’s why I wrote the letter, because even though right now we’re hanging in there and things are stable, we’re near the edge of the precipice that I’ve seen other friends and relatives fall over (particularly recently)—all because of the expense of healthcare.
