I am truly excited to meet with the local Animas rep tomorrow night, as I think I am finally ready to get a pump! I am going to be 30 years old and feel it is time (with upcoming real life plans of marriage, babies, etc.)
I was curious why the word, Animas has stuck with me in my meanderings of pump research. So, I looked it up online.

Maybe I liked it because getting a pump seems to put diabetes a little bit back inside of me, instead of being so obvious with diabetic accoutrements, crazy, scary lows and annoying highs.
