Another confidence booster

I do a water exercise class twice weekly ( at 0830!!!) and after today’s, while we were drinking tea and coffee together,The instructor( who’d eaten a piece of cake :<( ,commented on how much weight I’d lost. Everyone in the class of seniors is trying to lose weight and a couple of others have Blood sugar issues too. I’m the one that’s succeeding. It’s the lowered carb approach. We were discussing diet before class today and most of them said they believe in the “balanced diet”. The proof of the most effective diet, is there in my BG numbers ( nowadays pretty much always under 110 {6.0}) and the fact that I was able to slip my jeans off from over my swimsuit without undoing them. My new ones are 2 sizes smaller.
