Anybody getting their return packs for the failed pods?

Too funny! :-)

got all of my replacements(3 total) on Friday after a couple weeks including a return shipping bag for one of my failed pods.
they did send me an old pod on accident for one of the replacements, which I didn't realize until I had filled w/ insulin and tried to activate. I called and will be receiving another replacement early this week. seems like the wait times are a little less these days, maybe they are getting on top of their customer service again

HAHA, that was a good laugh.

They wanted one of mine back and like others here, it took forever. Finally I called them and said that if they wanted it back, they needed to send out the tag and packaging. If they didn't do it within a week, I was recycling it like the others. That seemed to work - I got the package and the replacement within 3 days :)
