Anyone give in to dairy cravings?

I keep having these cravings for ice cream, rice pudding, cheese and anything dairy. I've even given in a couple of times. :( Could this be some kind of calcium deficiency?

Are you trying to avoid dairy in general? If not, I say enjoy the cheese! Greek yogurt is another nice, creamy, low carb option. I like mine with a little cinnamon and nuts.

I just feel like I'm eating too much of it & not great sources. I've been eating too much skinny cow ice cream and 1-2% milk.

I had dairy cravings with my dd1. I piled on 4 stone, she was absolutely fine, not big at all. Dd2 I craved nuts and salty foods and went off dairy. Turns out dd2 has dairy intolerance. I wouldn’t worry and just try not to overindulge too much

I have been having mad dairy cravings. My doctor said that as the baby grows it leaches calcium from our body. In addition to my prenatal I am taking a calcium supplement and giving into pasteurized only dairy products.

Im getting craving for milkshake and my first pregnancy i ate loads of ice cream, im not sure if its a calcium deficiency with me because i usually drink loads of tea but am struggling to keep it down atm :(
