Assistance with a G4 battery swap

I'm a noob here and in the early stages of trying/researching a battery swap on a Dexcom g4 transmitter. I've got one apart and I'm not sure if things are working. I can't seem to find this simple piece of information out. In device info, what does it indicate when there are the three dots next to transmitter battery?

I saw that. I just want to confirm that the three dots indicates the battery is no good. The only thing I could find in the dexom user's guide showed a picture of the device info with the same dots next to the battery indicator as I have.
