today was way better (i woke up with 119) but after I took a walk with my dog (after was 123) I ate and bolused for 45 carbs, I shot up to over 300! This is probably related to my other discussion on what kind of exercise you can do to not go hypoglycemic because I’ve had a problem with this walking my dog, but this time it was the complete opposite that I went way up! It normalized hours later so it must’ve been the adrenaline rush and then went down later than normal.
