Bad lab results while on diet?

Is it normal to have bad lab results on a LCKD?
I’ve restarted the diet a month ago after several years of burnout. Yesterdays
lab test has returned bad #s for:
ACR albumin/creatin ratio - 4.2 mg/mmol
CK enzymes - .95 U/L.
ALT - 69 U/L
Im concerned. Is this expected for the Bernstein diet?

No, these results have nothing to do with a low carbohydrate or Bernstein diet.
