Here is a very nice Betty Crocker Recipe cook book for Diabetics I would like to share…

It is a .pdf file and will take Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to read it.. Most likely you allready have it installed on your computer but if not you can get it HERE (just click on the HERE and will take you to adobe site so you can read .pdf files)
