I have joined a local Bootcamp. The workout is AMAZINGlY hard and fantastic. But I can not get a handle on My BG's. I have to eat more carbs than I typically would consume in 2-3 meals. I fight to keep safe levels during exercise and then shoot to the moon after. It is not fair that I have to give up this workout.
Try eating protien an hour before your workout. It seems to help keep me more stable than carbs.
