Here’s a recipe that was suggested by onesaint. I made it with soy powder, and it came out a bit dry, but still tastes good to me. Try making French Toast Sticks with it and the recipe above. You may try other flours and flavorings as desired (I added 1 packet of sweetener to this to make it taste better). I found this on ehow.

How to Make 1 Minute Flax Muffins

Things You’ll Need:
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg or equivalent eggbeaters
1 teaspoon light oil (I use olive oil)
coffee mug
microwave
1 Mix the dry ingredients in the coffee mug. (Not a cup, a mug!)
2 Add egg and oil and mix well.
3 Microwave for 45-60 seconds. This will vary from oven to oven. It is done when the top is set but still moist looking. It will rise a great deal.
4 Pop the muffin out of the mug and put the mug to soak immediately or it will be difficult to clean. Enjoy your muffin!
