My sugars have gone insane over the last few days. I normally run in the 80-110 range around the clock. I think I could have broken a bone or at the minimum torn something in my foot because it hurts like the devil. I recently increased my probiotics dosage and have also been eating some wild boar cooked in beer(1 bottle Amstel Light) over the last few days. Anyone heard about broken bones/sprains/ligaments increasing blood sugars due to inflammation? What about the probiotics, seems less likely? The boar seems possible due to the fact that beer contains carbs as did the other things I marinated/cooked the boar in but doesn’t seem too probable as there wasn’t a ton of carbs and I’m only eating the meat and not the gravy… Thanks for any input.
