Can caffeinated coffee cause lows?

I am not a frequent coffee drinker, but when I do drink coffee, it seems like I battle lows for the rest of the day. I am a Diet Coke addict, so it’s not like I never drink anything with caffeine. Does anyone else have issues with coffee causing lows or am I just crazy?

I think too much caffeine makes me more insulin resistant, actually.

My blood sugars get lower when I am tense or anxious. Maybe this applies to you?
