My advise to you as a healthy diabetic, try to limit the amount of carbs you eat in the evening. There is no need for excessive amounts of carbs since all you’ll be doing is either going to bed or watching TV after dinner. A majority of your carbs should be eaten either in the morning or mid day to give you the energy you need through out that day. Weight loss can only be achieved if you monitor and adjust your carb intake. Please let me know if anyone needs any assistance or advise.
