I’ve always dreamed of having a six-pack, but as a lifelong lineman type body it’s never been an option. This summer I’m going to change that. I’m starting a pseudo-cutting diet today. I’m trying to get down to 125-140 g of planned carbs/day now plus 10 g for corrections. With working out and umpiring at night my activity is enough that hopefully I can start burning off the remaining fat. I started working on this awhile back, but I’ve stagnated right where I’m at for the past two weeks. It’s time to pump up the intensity to reach my goal. I’ll even post pictures of where I’m at.
