So this toasted a 3 month supply of my insulin–even their pahrmacist told me not touse it on rcpt–but they aint sent the new stuff yet!!
Did they give you an estimated time frame?
It was supposed to be here yesterday-- lodged a complaint with HR and got an overrride to get a months worth atthe local pharmacy till they sort it out…grrr…insurance co’s!!!
Im waiting for that to happen to me too…
