The usual oatmeal and cinnamon (ran out of bananas) for brekkie. For lunch had baked beans on rye toast, followed by some kiwifruits. Had a soya latte in the arvo and for dinner had ‘facon’ (fake bacon) in tortilla wrap with salad and vege.
Thinking today that don’t want to be too obsessive about things, e.g. most red wines I’ve come across are ‘fined’ with egg and “traces may remain”. I bought some wine anyway today, I think some traces is ok with me.
