Its an interesting report on the science behind how the foods we eat and the amount we exercise has a direct link with the development of the disease. It also follows up an article we ran recently on how the amount of fish eaten by people in a certain area had a correlation to the chances of them developing diabetes, suggesting pollutants in the water were increasing the risk of diabetes.
