Well seemed to me when it came out, it was a Solution to using it for CB’s to bring High BG’s down faster than the Logs do and that would be about it…
Not for LT use or replacing The Longer Lasting Logs…
Why? I guess you could, but I would think you would end up having to use More of it, since it doesn’t last as Long…
My VA Endo won’t Recomend it … I am trying thru my New Medicare Dr.'s , but Getting Stonewalled…
They say I have Too Good of BG’s ( 6% a1c’s) and don’t need it…
I told them, I’m getting frustrated that when I get a high BG ( Above 180’s) I have to wait 2-3 hrs for Novalog to get them back down into the 90’s… So now? I overdose with t NLog by adding +25% more for a CB , then test in 1 hr, then 1.2 hr icnreaments to catch the Hypo before hand…then take a Glucose tab to counter act it…
But that method Does Get the BG’s Down alot faster…
and when you have a 200-300 for some goofy reason, time to take strong Action…and get that sucker back down ASAP… Especially after working hard and ave 100’s all day…
