Eat this not that

Anybody read this book? There is a special deal on their website https://www.tryeatthisnotthat.com/?mid=551833
Sounds good since the book can be anywhere from 14 to 20 dollars.
The book tries to give you alternatives to supermarket food, but more then that it tries to show you what is good for you. The only fall back is that it doesn’t really teach you how to read a label, but since we should all be pros at this!! You can use what information there is to make smarter choices and try to avoid things like high fructose corn syrup, etc bad things for you that companies add to food.

For example i like Jiffs white label “reduced fat and sugar,” but i learned from the book that “it takes 2 ingredients to make peanut butter, [Jiff] has 7”

I also learned that when looking at a label the first couple ingredients should be the key ingredients, you don’t want high fructose corn syrup to be towards the top!

Another note, he doesn’t always list carbs. So try and find alternatives that fit your lifestyle, for me that meant finding a good bread(without HFC) but not one with so many carbs, meaning i had to cut on fiber a little.
