After getting diagnosed with Diabetes, I’ve drastically changed my eating habits. I now focus on low carbohydrate recipes. I’m fortunate to have a deep love for all things epicurean, because it gives me the knowledge, technique and diversity to whip up healthier choices. I’ll try and blog my efforts as often as I can.
