Had morrocon bean soup and rye bread for lunch (yum). Was having headaches in the afternoon, maybe my brain complaining about the lack of cholesterol in my blood! Blood sugar levels normal tho. Went to gym and exercised for 1 hour, felt better. Weighed 88.15 kg. This is on the heavy side for me, I think I’ve gone up to 90kg or more in the past, but my normal healthy weight would be around 82kg. So let’s see if I can get back to that.
For dinner had vegetarian sausages (not too bad) with spagetti / mildy spicy tomato sauce. Very nice.
