My Dexcom woke me up just now. I received this message out of the blue. The manual says something about a problem with communication between the One Touch Ultra Meter and the Receiver using the connection cable. I don’t have a one touch ultra meter or any meter for that matter that I upload to the receiver. My guess is I just hit the “c” button and go on as usual. I’ve never seen this message before.
And you didn’t have any cables plugged into it at the time?
I would hit ‘c’ for now, but call them during business hours - could be a sign that it’s getting fried?
Nope. It was laying next to me in bed. It was plugged into the wall charging, but it had been all night. I’ll give them a call. Thanks.
