Ok ladies–I’m looking for advice. I’m not pregnant yet, but am ttc and wondering about what to do regarding exercise once I actually get pregnant. How did your workout routine change once you found out you were pregnant/ throughout the pregnancy?

I have heard that you should not start exercising more intensively after you become pregnant, but does this mean that you can continue with the type of workouts that you were doing???
If you are currently working out you can continue once you are pregnant. You just need to keep you heartrate under 140 bpm.
I worked out until I was just too tired to do so. Good luck!
Hmm…guess a heart rate monitor might be a wise investment!
