I've been struggling with my body in the last few weeks. Found myself with some sort of cold/flu symptoms & had to stop exercising for a couple weeks! My blood sugars were getting out of CONTROL & I wasn't sure what the heck to do!!
I just completed a clean-eating challenge group on Facebook & I lost 3 pounds! I also got in a couple workouts at the end of this week which automatically makes me feel stronger, happier & in control! :)
