First 24 hours on new sensor; wacky readings?

so you no longer sleep on (or in) a waterbed? i refuse to sink into anything. my bed is as hard as a rock.

still curious regarding my initial question: do you get wacky readings w/ your sensor for the first 24 hours or so? i am hearing all different answers to this question. just curious.

Yes, though it varies. Sometimes, it settles down in 8-12 hours, sometimes takes 24.

when installed in my arm, Enlites are accurate very shortly after the first calibration. Every where else I put then, they tend to take time to work 1/2 way decently. Iā€™m on day 5, 12 hrs and the reading is ONE POINT different than a fingerstick. It was pretty much like that since day 1.
