Fish Tacos (better than you'd think)

Yum!

I made up batches of fish tacos similar to this while in Mexico - lots of fish cooked on the bbq, with salt, pepper, and lime juice, served with stacks of fresh made thin, 4-5 inch tortillas, and fresh salsa made with onions, black beans, corn, tomatoes, mangos, lime juice, & seasonings.

The only ingredients missing these days is the sound of the surf pounding the shore and the cool breezes after the heat of the day!
