I can go to bed at 9 with a blood sugar of 140 wake up at 2 in the morning with my blood sugar at 94 wake up at 8 in the morning and my blood sugar is still at 94 this happens all the time i use a Dexcon g6 with a metronic 623 pump i think this is called flatlining .
