Freestyle libre + tanning?

Please don’t leave any negative comments…

I haven’t found a single forum entry, discussion, or video on this. I regularly use gradual/fake tan. I am looking to start my libre for the first time tonight.

Do any other diabetics use this alongside tan? If i need to tan around the sensor will it matter if any gets onto it?

It shouldn’t matter but I wouldn’t deliberately put any tanner or even lotion on a sensor since it could weaken the adhesive.

Just wait until your sensor close to expiration, then try what you want - that way you got nothing to lose
