I had to get a new phone and now when I try to have it recognize my transmitter, it says it is not found. I’m manually entering the transmitter from the old phone. Do I need to remove the transmitter from the sensor and re-insert it to have it recognized? I haven’t deleted the app from the old phone yet because I’m concerned that I won’t be able to get it to work on the new phone.
Any info or links or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Only 1 phone at a time.
If you don’t want to remove the app from the old phone then change the transmitter id on the old phone.
Both are not allowed to connect at the same time.
