This is someone we all talked into getting a Dex. Now, I feel bad for doing that. I feel an obligation to me more direct about risks now that things like this are happening. Its OK and good to argue out causes and effects. We have always done that and I think it brings forth a lot of progress. Things like this indicate poor manufacturing process. I do not recall ever hearing things like this before.
