Last night, my BG was the lowest it's ever been at night (126). I was a little scared about taking 8u of Lantus so I wen down to 7 and had perhaps a few too many cashews. Woke up this morning at 154! LOL. I need to stop being so paranoid about the long acting and develop a healthy respect for it instead. I gave 5u with breakfast which was about the same size (carbwise) as yesterday. So I am thinking that should knock the BG back down.
