Ok so here it the recipe.
2 cups Pamela’s Pancake Mix
1 stick of butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder.
3 TBSP of beaten egg (have not tired a substitute yet, only use 1 TBSP
if halving )
Aprox. 2/3 cup of butter milk
Preheat over to 400. Mix salt baking powder and mix in large bowl
then cut in the cold butter. Make a hole in the dry mix and add the
egg and half of the butter milk. Mix the eggs and butter milk the
start to mix in flour. Add the remaining butter milk as needed. The
mixture should be ever so slightly wet and sticky. Pinch a small ball
of dough (1/4 to 1/3 cup) and roll in your hand and place in a lightly
greased skillet or pan. Bake till Brown
I have not calculated carbs yes but it works and taste wonderful. Anyone who tires it and improves the recipe please let me know.
