I’ve looked at them before but never ordered them. They are cute but I don’t know if they would be worth it to me, at least not during the winter. With summer and swim suit season on the way, I may try some.
I love em!!! No, I am not gonna buy some. My wife thinks my gumball pump skin was juvenile. I loved that gumball pump skin.

Suzanne, I would go Amphibians, I were you. For me, Psychedelic, for sure. LOL
Rick
They don’t have the amphibian patterns for my infusion set Maybe I could go with butterflies…there are better choices for the other brands versus the inset
I have heard they don’t stick well, but I am thinking of ordering some to try anyway!
I think they would be cute for arm sites, not as boring as the white patches!
Wow, there is no place that marketing will not touch. This is one of those things that looks cool and would be a perfect online impulse purchase. It makes me think, “What a clever idea - why didn’t I think of doing that.” But after a minute or so of scrolling through the designs I realize that I can’t see any benefit from buying them. Pretty neat, though. (Oh, there I go again.)
OK, I went and ordered some. I am such a pumping dork I might as well give them a try and make myself more fabulous in my bathing suit this year, hahaha! I will let you know if they stick well when I get them.
the butterflies and 2 of the groovy patterns. I do wish they had as many options for the inset as they do the minimed sets, I would have loved some of those patterns, like the tie dye ones…
I’m using one right now. They’re great!
I use them with silhouette’s I wear tegaderm below my set, and above my set, so my groovy patch is covered by the tegaderm
I wore the infusion set on my thigh today for Universal Studios - I’ll take you a picture soon when the sunburn dies down a bit
I will say MelissaBL wears them. She has a picture on her profile of her wearing them… Here
I think there so fun! I want some!
i really like them
they are cute,i want one!!!
thanks, they make the infusion set looks less as an IV!!
OK, I got these and successfully got one put on today, all lined up properly. They will not stay on if not lined up perfect. I will let you guys know if they don’t stay on well or if they make the site itself less stable. They seem to add a thickness and inflexibility to the adhesive that makes me think the site will peel up more than usual. I will let you guys know if they survive the next 3 days without messing up my site. Plus I wanted to show off the new DexCom sensor too, hehehe!
Alright, I ordered some tonight…birthday present to myself LOL
I got the butterfly 3, the flowers 2, and Tattoos 1 (all for the Quickset). I got all the bright young looking ones LOL.
Suzanne, I like the one you have on!
lol
I use them with both Silhouettes and Sure-Ts. The adhesive seems just as good as what comes with the infusion set, and the surface is kind of smooth and satiny so clothes don’t rub on the edges much. Basically they work fine and are very cute.
OK, mine didn’t stay on that well…it lasted a little over 24 hours and survived one shower and came off. I think I will use the IV3000 trick next time to keep them on. On the plus side, even though it didn’t stay put on the inset brand infusion set, it did not mess with the integrity of the site staying on me. Maybe because the inset has less material for the groovy patch to stick on compared to other brands of infusion sets? The fact that the patch came off without messing with the integrity of the infusion set is really a positive thing so I have not given up on these yet. Maybe this is just a good excuse to change them every day for a new look
Thanks, I think it was one of the groovy designs. I noticed they don’t offer all the designs for all of the brands so if you use the inset brand there are less options.
Yes, I do cut a hole in it. I fold it in half and then cut a semi circle around my thumbnail. When i unfold it I have a nice little circle in the middle of the IV3000. I do this with the adhesive backing still on it. After a a couple of times I can get the size pretty accurate just by eyeballing it. I use a different method for Sure-T’s but they aren’t common so I wont bore you with the details! Good luck, let me know how it goes.
