I just wanted to tell you that I think it is incredibly brave of you to post your numbers. Sometimes just admitting it can help (at least for me), so I hope you find something cathartic about it, something that helps you find what you need. I am trying to do better, but I have seen quite a few 8’s and 9’s in the past few years. Three weeks until I find out how my recent efforts have paid off (or not).
