I just started using my OmniPod this week and I love it. I put a pod on my arm last night and kept bumping it and this morning, I actually jagged it and pulled it off. Can I pull the insulin out of it or did I just lose almost 200 units of insulin?

I agree. I don't think anyone can recommend it for liability reasons, but I don't see the harm. You use a clean needle to go into the sterile pod, I don't see any harm.
I do it all the time not recommend you do it, but for me I can’t afford insulin w/out insurance so I have taken out the insulin from the pod a whole bunch of times, because if I don’t I’ll run out too soon…
