Hey, I found my people

I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes and have changed my diet dramatically in addition to my exercise and drug regimen. My first A1C was 10, and I just got blood drawn yesterday for a new A1C. I am glad to be part of the tudiabetes community. I love tennis, bicycling, and travel.

I hope you have a rocking A1C result. And if it isn’t…don’t be too dismayed by that. Bad A1C numbers are a bummer, and can feel sucky. I’m still rooting for a great one!
