Mine is usually fairly good. I think the worst I've ever had was 143/85 but that was because I had just broken my collarbone and my mom was screaming at me for unrelated crap. its usually around 120/65 or so
My internal medicine Dr questioned me why I wasn't on a low dose ace inhibitor and statin...I told her Im not taking med's I dont need. She's like do you mind if I talk to your endo, and Im like no go ahead he's not pushing them either. And he didnt. He's kinda of the theory if you are under good control and no indications TO be on a ace inhibitor or statin WHY do it. Im NOT taking crap I don't need to be taking just because it MAY prevent something from happening. I think pushing a good diet, exercise and good blood glucose management are just as effective if not MORE so, as long as there are not other indications you need to be taking them. I don't believe in meds JUST BECAUSE.

Obviously certain shiboleths about BP and T2_diabetics may not apply.
For me, my BP tracks my emotional state to a "T".
For the rest of you folks rattling along on low, calm - skip excess BP -
congratulations.
We should also be so lucky. My BP has far too fast emotional/BP response not good for my health.
