High blood sugar symptoms?

I was watching the following video:

1 Happy Diabetic said some of his high blood sugar symptoms are the following:

tiredness
dry throat
feeling congested when you really aren’t
cold sweat

I never heard of the last two. Now I wonder if some of my sinus discomfort is due to that rather than my allergies. What are some of your high blood sugar symptoms?.

I’ve not had congestion with highs or cold sweats. Tiredness, crankiness & definitely dry throat. Thirst is the first sign for me. I’ve also had pounding headaches.
