I went trick or treating this year and it was the first year i was a a diabetic, and before i ate the candy my blood sugar was bout 97 and now its bout 106 all i do is eat 1 or 2 peices of candy a day, and then my candy supply will last longer.
I also have a stash of candies (chocolates!)…hidden from everybody LOL. I also have the discipline of eating just a bite or two. Often I just exercise a little bit longer for it.

Remember also that the fat from most chocolate candies will raise you higher hours later. You’ll see a rise from the sugar about 20-30 minutes after eating it.
