How many carbs do you eat in a day?

Do you not struggle with low energy on only 25 grams a day, I would love to get my carbs down that low.

Anything from 120-200g on a normal day (but I do calorie count those as well). Although on a ride I can nail a further 200-260g. I can't work out really how it's possible to only eat 20g or so a day? love to know though :)

Agreed I don't see how it is possible, even if you are having veggies with every meal that adds up quickly enough!

Sure it is, but it mustn't be easy!
