Ouch, my sympathies. My roommate is currently at home suffering through the very same thing. It took them over an hour to get that thing out (she didn’t want to get knocked out, so she really got to enjoy the whole experience) and now she has to exist on a diet of baby food for a few days, because she can’t chew anything.
