I have to Eat More

I saw my Educator today.She weighed me and I figured I have lost 8lbs since doing my housekeeping job.The job is physically demanding and I haven’t really increased the amount of carbs I have been eating.I got some Boost to drink while at work.I should have about 45g each meal and 20g at bedtime in order to build myself back up again.My periods have also stopped but I thought it was mainly from my hormones changing because I was working.I see her again in December,hopefully by then I will have put on a few pounds.

LOL Dee, I have a spare 5kg you can have. Just eating a slice of bread a day does it for me, puts on weight like you would never believe.

Try eating more protein. I lost too much weight & didn’t want to increase carbs.
