I *heart* PB&J and Oatmeal

BUT… they don’t love me!

Why!?! Is it the bread? Is it the jelly? I tell my pump the carb amount and sometimes I give it about 5-10 grams more! I even do a combo bolus for goodness sake!

This makes me sad… pb&j is up there with diet coke! I refuse to stop eating it!

Oatmeal is so yummy too! It doesn’t matter if it is prepackaged or not… it just kills my sugars!

Just a thought but try eating some fiber to slow down the rise in sugars.Is your bread whole wheat?
